Plumbing prices in Morocco: cost per point in 2026

Plumbing is priced "per point": every water supply or drain (tap, shower, WC, basin…) counts as one. A point costs 250 to 800 MAD depending on complexity, with a ~300 MAD minimum call-out.

What moves the price
Multilayer piping is the quality standard; copper costs more. Working in finished walls costs more than new-build. Fixtures are usually bought by you and installed on top — agree upfront on who supplies what.
